His primary and secondary keyworkers are so warm, caring, and attentive. They have built a lovely bond with him already, and it gives me such peace of mind to know he's in such kind and capable hands. The communication is another huge positive. We get regular updates throughout the day, and I always feel well-informed about his naps, meals, and all the fun activities he's been doing. Also, they give me a good summary of how he has been at the end of the day, which show they really pay attention to him. I also like the updates on their activities, it is pretty clear that they plan them with care and purpose to help babies' development. And the biggest testament is seeing how happy our son is. He has settled in so quickly and is always calm when I drop him off and full of smiles when I pick him up. The team has completely eased all my initial worries. I can't recommend Teddies highly enough to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little one.
